Circulating water chiller

The chiller will consist of stainless steel pump fitted on a vibration free mount and Its outlet will be provided with a bypass value to regulate the required flow. The chiller can be located in the ground floor and the chilled water can be pumped to the cryo-cooler located on the first floor at a distance of about 20 meter. All wet ports like pump head impeller and pipe connection will be made of stainless steel. The tank assembly of the pump will be made of stainless steel.

The chiller unit will be provided with continuously and heavy duty pump and compression for servals days operation.

Cooling capacity 2/5/10/20 Kilowatts at 18 degree C (at a distance of 20 meter from the chiller unit)

Temp Range 10 Deg C to Ambient (25 Deg C)

Pump will be on a UPS to ensure uninterrupted flow incase of power failure. A ups with proper wattage to sum them pump will also be provided by the supplier.

Temperature Accuracy: +/-1Deg C or better

Temperature controller: Digital PID Temperature controller with process set and actual indication.

Compressor : Cooled corrosion resistant high quality copper tubing.

Exhaust Fan: Heavy-duty exhaust fan fixed condenser coil.

Evaporator: Heat exchange type

Water Tank : 50 to 1090 liters capacity will made of stainless steel 304.

Circulation Pump: made of stainless steel with power rating of 230V/ Single 50Hz.

Flow Rate: Adjustable 5 to 10Liters/Minutes at a distance of 20meter away from the chiller

Pressure Range: 0.5 to 3Bar

Filter: Filter made up of a wire mesh stainless steel in addition the inlet water tank will be provided with regular water candle filter can also interchanged.

Inlet/outlet: Inch ID hose connection with ON/OFF values and By pass value to adjust the flow and pressure.

Alarm Indication/ Auto Cutoff; Compressor Over current compressor thermal protection tank water level low, pump over current and water temp. high

Power 440V AC three phase 50Hz current rating volts will be indicated(S)

Vertical type and mounted securely on vibration resistant robust platform.

Enclosure powder coated MS frame with swivel caster wheels for easy mobilioty.
